Charles F. Andrain

Charles F. Andrain is Professor of Political Science at San Diego State University and author of several books, including Comparative Political Systems, Political Change in the Third World, and Foundations of Comparative Politics. David E. Apter is Henry J. Heinz II Professor of Comparative Political and Social Development in the Department of Political Science at Yale University. He is the author of Choice and the Politics of Allocation, which won the 1972 Woodrow Wilson Foundation Award for the best book on government, politics, and international affairs.
