Cecil Sydney Richards

Cecil Sydney Richards was Professor of Economics at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and was instrumental in establishing the Business School of the University of the Witwatersrand. He served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of the Economic Society of South Africa for almost 40 years.
