New Perspectives in Crime, Deviance, and Law
This series is concerned with the fast changing relationships between deviant behavior, crime and law in late modern societies. The series will provide an opening for work that advances research on these topics beyond prior borders, for example, by addressing issues of class, race and gender from human rights, transnational and globalized perspectives. The series is concerned with developmental processes that lead to deviant behavior, definitional processes that convert deviant behavior into crime, and the role of law in stimulating and stigmatizing as well as deterring behavior called criminal.
