Latina/o Sociology
The Latina/o Sociology series publishes innovative and engagingly written books of substance and broad interest about contemporary Latinas/os in the United States, and in transnational contexts as well. We invite submissions of manuscripts rooted in rigorous social science research, combining original empirical and theoretical contributions. We welcome submissions analyzing Latinas/os in society on a wide-range of themes (e.g., education, work, culture, family, gender, sexuality, inequality, politics, health, crime), including manuscripts informed by intersectional analyses and transdisciplinary ideas from ethnic studies, cultural studies, history and other fields.
