Ex Machina: Law, Technology, and Society Series

The Ex Machina series addresses the interplay between technology and law and the relationship between lawyers, IT professionals, and policy makers. The books focus on the legal and public policy implications for technological change, exploring how conflicts created by technological processes are debated in the law as well as the larger political culture, and providing suggestions for further legal reform.
